CSR Compliance Checklist (India)

Ensure your CSR program is fully compliant with the Companies Act, 2013:

  1. Check if your company meets CSR criteria (Net worth ≥ ₹500 cr, Turnover ≥ ₹1000 cr, Net profit ≥ ₹5 cr)
  2. Constitute a CSR Committee as per Section 135
